Registration Refund Policy
• $100 administrative fee is non-refundable immediately upon registration
• Through July 1, 2026, registration may be canceled for a refund of amounts paid beyond the $100 administrative fee and any credit card processing fees
• After July 1, 2026, conference registration becomes non-refundable

Occupancy Information
Room pricing displayed is based on double occupancy (2 adults sharing one room).
Children ages 2–12 may be added for an additional cost.
Children ages 13 and older are considered adults by the resort and will be repriced accordingly.
Reservations submitted with incorrect ages will be adjusted to current supplier pricing before confirmation.
Traveling Solo?
Single occupancy is available.
However, room pricing is based on double occupancy and the full room rate applies regardless of the number of occupants in the room.

Waitlist
If your preferred room category is sold out or unavailable, please contact us to be added to the waitlist.
We are actively working with the resort to secure additional inventory and may be able to accommodate additional requests.
Deposit and Payment Information
A $250 deposit per room is required to secure your reservation.
Of that amount, $100 represents the resort's non-refundable supplier deposit. The remaining deposit amount is applied toward your reservation balance.
Monthly payment plans are available and structured to meet supplier payment requirements. Payment schedules are subject to change if supplier requirements change.
Final Payment
Final payment is currently anticipated for November 2026.
Specific payment schedules will be provided once your reservation is confirmed.
Resort Cancellation Policy Summary
The initial supplier deposit included in your room reservation is non-refundable.
Additional cancellation penalties may apply as supplier deadlines approach.
Complete cancellation terms will be provided before booking and are outlined in your reservation agreement.
Travel protection is strongly recommended.
Travel Protection Options
Travel protection options are available, including Vacation Protection Insurance (VPI), Allianz Classic, and Allianz Classic with Cancel Anytime.

Most ABA CON™ room packages include Vacation Protection Insurance (VPI).
If you cancel or interrupt your trip due to a covered reason listed in the policy, benefits may reimburse eligible prepaid, unused, non-refundable travel arrangements, subject to policy terms and conditions.

Insurance pricing varies based on age, trip cost, and selected coverage.
Optional Networking Excursion
One day of ABA CON™ is dedicated to experiencing the destination and connecting with fellow attendees outside the classroom.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in an optional networking excursion.
Potential experiences may include:

Excursion participation is optional and is not included in conference registration or room pricing.

Absolutely.
Spouses, partners, friends, and family members are welcome to join you in paradise.
Guests are not required to attend conference sessions and may enjoy all resort amenities while you participate in ABA CON™ programming.
Children are welcome based on resort occupancy guidelines and applicable pricing.
