Who We Are

  • Founder, Owner, and CEO, Voilà Travel Service, LLC | ABA CON ™.

Certified Autism Travel Professional | ACE Provider

France Fischer Area is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Autism Certified Travel Professional, and the founder and owner of Voilà Travel Service, LLC and ABA CON ™. With over 28 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, France has dedicated her career to helping others thrive. Through her work, she recognized something vital was missing: a way for professionals in the ABA field to care for themselves while continuing to grow in their practice.

That realization became the foundation for ABA CON—a continuing education experience intentionally designed for BCBAs and RBTs. These events offer more than just CEUs. They provide a chance to step away from the day-to-day demands of the field and step into spaces that support connection, reflection, and renewal. While relaxing and building community, attendees are also engaging in professional development and investing in their own growth as clinicians and leaders. Beginning with cruises and all-inclusive resort destinations in the Caribbean, ABA CON is expanding to thoughtfully chosen locations that elevate both professional and personal well-being.

France brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and travel planning knowledge to everything she creates. She understands the importance of accessibility, community, and meaningful experiences. Through ABA CON, she offers a fresh approach to continuing education—one that honors the work ABA professionals do while giving them the time and space to reconnect with their purpose and each other.

“Because those who give so much deserve a space to grow, recharge, and belong.”

Founder of Elissa Johnson Consulting | Adjunct Faculty, University of New Hampshire

Elissa Johnson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with more than 15 years of experience in the field, with deep expertise in school consultation for severe problem behavior and the MTSS-B framework. Her recent work focuses on helping schools apply the principles of ABA across tier 1 and tier 2 systems, bringing practical solutions to complex educational environments.

Through her company, Elissa Johnson Consulting, she provides continuing education courses for BCBAs—her trauma-informed FBA training is especially well regarded—and offers a range of professional development resources grounded in current best practices. She brings not only clinical depth but also a gift for connecting with thought leaders and staying current on emerging trends across the field. Her work supports the event’s commitment to relevant, research-informed, and engaging continuing education.

Since learning about the vision for ABA CON™, Elissa has been an enthusiastic and committed contributor—her early involvement and role in leading speaker recruitment efforts and sponsor development have helped build strong momentum behind this unique CEU experience. Based in New Hampshire, she and France Fischer Area (Carson City, NV) have fostered this relationship entirely remotely, showing that shared purpose and a little Internet magic can spark something truly innovative.

“Professional development with purpose, community, and a view.”
