What is ABA CON ™?

ABA CON ™ is a one-of-a-kind applied behavior analysis professional development experience hosted in all-inclusive, paradise destinations—such as cruises and all inclusive resorts through out the Caribbean. ABA CON is more than a CEU event; it’s a carefully crafted getaways that blend continuing education, connection, and self-care for BCBAs and RBTs who want to grow professionally, recharge personally, and reconnect with their purpose, peers, and themselves.

Why It Was Created?

ABA CON was born out of the realization that professionals in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis are often overextended, under-supported, and in need of meaningful opportunities to grow, reflect, and build community. Traditional CEU events can feel rushed or disconnected from the real-life needs of clinicians. ABA CON changes that by blending learning, leisure, and peer connection in a way that truly honors the work you do.

The mission of ABA CON is to create inclusive, thoughtfully designed learning experiences that prioritize professional growth, authentic connection, and personal well-being. By hosting CEU events in inspiring, all-inclusive settings, ABA CON supports ABA providers in sustaining their passion and effectiveness—so they can better serve their clients, their teams, and themselves.

Where It Will Be Held?

ABA CON is hosted in relaxing, all-inclusive destinations that offer an escape from burnout and a space for restoration. The inaugural event will take place February 16–20, 2026, aboard Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas, sailing roundtrip from Miami, Florida, with stops in Perfect Day at CocoCay and Nassau, Bahamas. Attendees can earn up to 12 CEUs, with sessions presented by France Fischer Area, BCBA and Elissa Johnson Consulting, BCBA among others blending expertise with inspiration in a setting designed for relaxation and reconnection.

ABA CON is proudly hosted by Voilà Travel Service, LLC, an experienced provider of inclusive, purpose-driven travel experiences. Voilà Travel Service, LLC handles all bookings, accommodations, and CEU coordination for ABA CON, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for every attendee.
