What is ABA CON ™?
ABA CON™ is a one-of-a-kind applied behavior analysis professional development experience hosted in destination settings such as cruises and all-inclusive resorts throughout the Caribbean.
ABA CON™ is more than a traditional CEU event. It’s a thoughtfully designed professional development experience that brings together continuing education, connection, and time to recharge in inspiring environments.
It’s designed for BCBAs and RBTs who want to grow professionally, recharge personally, and reconnect with their purpose, their peers, and themselves.
Why It Was Created?
ABA CON™ was born out of the realization that professionals in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis are often overextended, under-supported, and in need of meaningful opportunities to grow, reflect, and build community. Traditional CEU events can feel rushed or disconnected from the real-life needs of clinicians. ABA CON™ changes that by blending learning, leisure, and peer connection in a way that truly honors the work you do.
Mission
The mission of ABA CON™ is to create inclusive, thoughtfully designed learning experiences that prioritize professional growth, authentic connection, and personal well-being. By hosting CEU events in inspiring, all-inclusive settings, ABA CON™ supports ABA providers in sustaining their passion and effectiveness—so they can better serve their clients, their teams, and themselves.
Where It Will Be Held?
ABA CON™ is hosted in relaxing, all-inclusive destinations that offer an escape from burnout and a space for restoration. The inaugural event took place February 16–20, 2026, aboard Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas, sailing roundtrip from Miami, Florida, with stops in Perfect Day at CocoCay and Nassau, Bahamas. Attendees earned up to 14 CEUs, with sessions presented by France Fischer Area, BCBA and Elissa Johnson Consulting, BCBA, and Dr. Paul “Paulie” Gavoni, BCBA-D among others blending expertise with inspiration in a setting designed for relaxation and reconnection.
Who hosts ABA CON™?
ABA CON™ is founded and produced as a professional conference experience designed for behavior analysis providers.
Travel accommodations and logistics associated with the event are coordinated through Voilà Travel Service, LLC an experienced provider of inclusive, purpose-driven travel experiences. Voilà Travel Service supports booking and accommodation coordination for ABA CON™ and helps ensure a well-organized and supportive experience for attendees.
ABA CON™ was founded by France Fischer Area, BCBA, through Voilà Travel Service, LLC to create a space where professional learning and meaningful connection happen in inspiring destinations.
